FAQs  (Frequently Asked Questions)

QUESTION: Can I get a piece that is pictured in yellow gold made in white gold?

ANSWER:

Yes, we can fulfill custom orders through our authorized Paul Brian dealers. White Gold is quite popular and we are pleased to handle requests of completing one of our pieces in 18k White Gold. The same is true for Yellow Gold enthusiasts. 18k Yellow Gold has a stronger color than 14k and we can gladly make any of our pieces that are shown in 18k White Gold in 18k Yellow Gold.

QUESTION: Can I get a piece that is pictured in Sapphire made in Ruby or Emerald?

ANSWER:

Yes, we can fulfill custom orders through our authorized Paul Brian dealers. Although we state that (for example) a tennis bracelet pictured in Blue Sapphire is also available in Ruby or Emerald, if a specific piece strikes you and would like a different gemstone we will be glad to oblige. We can do this with most of our pieces. Send us an email or contact your local Paul Brian dealer.

QUESTION: How can I go about getting an appraisal for my new jewelry?

QUESTION: What guarantee’s come with my Paul Brian Jewelry?

ANSWER:

Paul Brian fully supports our authorized dealer partners and we fully support you the customer. If something goes wrong with your new jewelry from Paul Brian, we will make amends for up to 2 years as long as you have not made any alterations to the piece. This includes a stone falling out which rarely happens.

QUESTION: What makes Paul Brian Fine Jewelry different from other colored stone jewelry?

ANSWER:

What makes Paul Brian special is the quality of our gemstones and the weight of the gold in each piece. Each gemstone is scrutinized for its individual brilliance, vivid saturation and perfect matching in sets. Natural gemstones as striking as these are a rare find, even in fine jewelry retail stores. You should be able to see into a Sapphire, Ruby or Emerald and notice an even tone in color. The gemstone should not be cloudy or dark. There should be minimal noticeable inclusions as well.

Our settings are not mass-produced “blanks” from Hong Kong or Bangkok that give the appearance of a fine piece but is hollowed in areas to make the piece light. Each piece is individually hand crafted and you can feel the value in the weight of the gold.

Our value is providing a well crafted piece of jewelry, not just the appearance of one.
